From 1 June 2025 Przemyslaw Orchowicz will step into the role at Country Manager for Heimstaden Czechia, the largest residential real estate landlord in the country.
Current Country Manager Jan Rafaj will be leaving Heimstaden Czechia by end of May after serving as Country Manager for the last eight years and successfully managing the company and growing the portfolio to more than 41.000 units across the region of Moravian-Silesian and the capital Prague.

Przemyslaw Orchowicz is currently responsible for Heimstaden’s growth markets in Poland, Finland, and the United Kingdom. He brings nearly 20 years of senior management experience from Accor Hotels in Poland. He joined Heimstaden in 2021 as Head of Operations, later appointed Country Manager Poland and Group Director for New Countries Operations in 2023, overseeing activities in Poland, the UK, and Finland.
