THE BAND, ORIGINALLY FROM OKLAHOMA, WAS THERE AHEAD OF THEIR PERFORMANCE THIS WEEKEND AT RED DIRT MUSIC. BIG ANTICIPATED SHOW. THE BOYS FROM OKLAHOMA, BRINGING TOGETHER CROSS CANADIAN RAGWEED, RED DIRT RANGERS AND THE TURNPIKE TROUBADOURS. THE MAYOR OF STILLWATER WAS THERE TO WELCOME THE PERFORMERS, AND THEY EXPECT ABOUT 250,000 PEOPLE TO BE IN STILLWATER FOR THE SHOW THIS WEEKEND. The highly anticipated four-day event brings Cross Canadian Ragweed and the Turnpike Troubadours to the same stage with special guests The Great Divide, Jason Boland & The Stragglers and Stoney LaRue.

Cody Canada, of the band Cross Canadian Ragweed, spoke at the Stillwater City Council meeting on Monday ahead of the band’s upcoming performance at The Boys from Oklahoma concert event. The highly anticipated four-day event is bringing Cross Canadian Ragweed and the Turnpike Troubadours to the same stage with special guests The Great Divide, Jason Boland & The Stragglers and Stoney LaRue. “We love this city. I wouldn’t have my bands or my friends, so thank you very much for allowing us to do this,” Canada said. City officials said they’re expecting 200,000 to 250,000 people in Stillwater for the four-day event.
