What an enormously ridiculous title. Not only does this only apply to civil registrars, the 30 percent makes it sound like 30 procent of all marriages are forced. So 30% of those registrars may come across one case of forced marriage per year. Still a huge number but nothing compared to what the title makes it out to be.
