This is the cringiest marketing agency I’ve ever seen. I’m fine with publicly funded organisations like TFL not wasting our money on bullshit like this. Hire a local London agency for a fraction of the price if you really need marketing work (questionable for the tube anyway). It seems like all they do is plug stuff into Gen AI anyway.
I’ve gone on their website and read this article and I still have no idea what Accenture Song actually do?
Excellent opportunity for me to drop the actual Accidenture song, which is what I assume people clicked here for, not some ad agancy.

WTF does this even mean.? To real people ??
Good.
Excellent, UK companies shouldn’t suddenly change their company values because another country changed leaders.
Not to be mistaken for the KPMG song – [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NCvKXgp-Awo](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NCvKXgp-Awo)
Today I learned that Accenture now has a division with a ridiculous name like Song.
Go TFL
Woohoo TfL!
After reading all of the [Accenture Song](https://www.accenture.com/us-en/about/song-client-stories-index) website I still have no idea what they actually do besides “Vodafone’s AI-powered chatbot is making customer service cool for Gen Zs” 🤮

If you ever encountered Accenture… you’re welcome.
Wtf is an Accenture song?
So TFL would have otherwise waved them through on a policy from nearly a decade ago? Clearly nothing but a tick box on tender scoring from TFL
