  1. The vehicle is seen here being used as a dedicate electronic warfare carrier. Which makes some sense when you consider the Ferret has a level, as well as high mobility and very small size. The Ferret is also more protected than an ATV, making it fairly good in this role. Considering that this stock of vehicles has been with Ukraine for a while, this role makes sense.

  3. And they only have that one.. They started using it a few months after the invasion, must have been given by that one who purchased it privately at some point prior to the invasion. So it has survived for 3 years counting.
