Hei! I hope it’s okay to ask and hopefully okay to post here. But I need a little help. I have a dream to move to Norway. I apply (websites like [finn.no](https://finn.no), manpower…) but I only get rejections. I am at A2 level in Norwegian but I am studying every day to get better. I studied Business Informatics with focus on E-Business. I don’t have much experience but I have a good work record and I am always willing to learn something new. I am from Germany, if that is relevant. Actually, the location doesn’t matter but I want to work in an office (work itself doesn’t have to be in IT, just away from here). I am in a bit of a hurry as I have split up with my partner and don’t have a job at the moment. Am therefore available immediately. My question is if anyone knows of a institution/person I can contact to improve my application or help find a job? I don’t have much but I would also pay for it.

Thanks for reading and have a nice weekend

Sorry to burst your bubble but your only chance is a mid to senior level job in a very in demand field like oil/gas/energy engineering or software development. Getting an office job in any other field, without being fluent in Norwegian at a business level, and without experience, is almost impossible.
Edit, to actually answer your question and not just discourage you… finn.no is fine. LinkedIn is better. You need an up to date professional profile there, and then can just use its own job searching platform. Can’t think of any other tool relevant besides these two. All office jobs are on either… if not on both.
For IT i think it is easier using LinkedIn, it is the only suggestion I can give to you.
If you’re in a rush, why not look for something within Germany for now and figure out the move later? At least then you don’t have to settle for the first offer you get in Norway and you’ll have some leverage during negotiations.
Check startupmatcher.com they often have internationally focused (ie English-speaking) positions. Some may be even be looking to expand into Germany eventually, so they may be looking for German speakers. Good luck!
step 1) get to Norway and find ANY job
step 2) improve your Norwegian by attending a course/getting friends/boyfriend etc.
step 3) get better job
Lazy people skip step 1 and 2 and suffer long term. Improving your Norwegian will make it so much easier to get a good job.
Send me a pm and we can take it from there.
I think if you’re willing to come here and work a random day job and start making connections/ applying for internships/ learn the language you’ll get where you want to be relatively easily. Since you are from Germany you can use your privilege as an EU citizen and just relocate here. You’ll have a way better chance to get a job like that. I, as a non European English speaker landed a really good job here with absolute zero experience right out of school because I applied for a lot of jobs and one person decided to give me a chance and invited me to an interview. I managed to impress them during our one on one talk. If I wasn’t here that would never be possible. I’d say that’s an advantage to be able to meet people in person
