I get these types of labels off by applying a little bit of heat with a hairdryer. It’ll soften the adhesive and then you can peel it off without it ripping.

But yes, really pisses me off TK Maxx are just as annoying
WD40 will remove residue from most items, perfect for the bottom of glasses and wood ect. Not too sure about card as it may leave a mark

The same reason that all of Supervalu’s mother’s day flowers are marked with big red ‘only E6’ tags.
To be fair, it’s not only Tesco! Most stores does this crap !

I think it’s absolutely obnoxious to put massive price stickers on anything, especially books.
Because they cost €0.13 less a gross than the ones that would peel off easily. Do you think Tesco’s majority shareholders are made of money?
