Hi all. I’m trying to install ceiling lights in my apartment, but the light fixtures I bought only have 2 connections, while there are 3 wires hanging from the ceiling. Do I need different fixtures or is there a proper way to install them as is?
Where do I connect the ground wire to?

The green one is ground, if the lamp itself is made of metal there’s usually something you can attach it to.. But honestly if you didn’t know that much you should probably get someone to help you. I’m not saying that to be mean or anything but you can set your house on fire or injure yourself if you’ve no experience or professional assistance
I’m sure you do, but just asking: do you have proper insurance for the household? Read the terms of coverage in case something goes seriously kaput while experimenting by yourself.
Why not get a qualified electrician instead?
Yeah since this is a plastic housing, fold it carefully and put it into the housing or outside of the lamp if that’s not possible. No wire should be exposed, including the ground wire. Don’t damage it.
Or is there a metal housing? These usually have a grounding terminal, like a screw.
And yeah, better get assistance if possible.
