If it came from abroad the customs declaration might not have been correct.
You think that’s bad ?
Early Jan I sent chocolates from US to NI. To hopefully arrive about 20th Feb. I’ve been tracking it. It eventually got to Dublin, then went awol. Arrived in jfk back to LAX. And back to Ireland. Then arrived back on my doorstep in California about 10 march. Took to post office again and they resent free of charge. Apparently its sat in Dublin since 15-26th March. So far it’s crossed the Atlantic 4 times in 10 weeks and still not delivered
Yeah I’ve had that before, if you can just go collect it with your tracking number and some ID
I had the same thing today with a parcel coming from the UK, and I can’t see any way to find out why it was returned. The sender said he’s sent lots of parcels to Ireland and knows which details to provide on the customs declaration. Very frustrating.

It didn’t leave the sorting office.
So probably an incomplete address.
