    Also these people declare themselves “Genussmenschen” while they inhale a burnt mixture of over 1000 chemicals that basically makes you insensitive to many tastes and smells – well, considering all this, in their logic it is probably also totally plausible to throw cigarettes there in order to protect the enviroment.

  11. Apparently cigarette butts are not garbage. I never understood that, they would never throw a a wrapper or an empty bottle on the ground, but somehow cigarette butts are not a problem for them… Could a smoker enlighten us?

  15. In the same spirit: Fuck smokers that throw their butts out of their car windows, either at a stop or while driving.

    Also, do you smokers / litterer understand how toxic the cigarette butt is? It doesn’t need many of those to kill a cow with the nicotin concentration alone, which is quite toxic substance.

    Also, why throw any garbage out the window, you asshole pigs. The amount of fastfood container etc at stops is disgusting.

  18. This is so true. Same with cans or cups or papers. I find myself literally picking up people’s stuff off the pavement and throwing them into a bin a few feet away. I just don’t get why they do this. It didn’t used to be like this before. What has happened?

  19. Just few days ago, I flashed some dude with the headlights while driving behind him. He threw out his cigarette and some packing material. It’s not like I play the police, but his way of driving was annoying me the whole time. He did then a brake check on me and gestured wildly. Truly an amazing “human”.

  20. Great post. Yes these smokers are 90% pigs. At bus and tram stops its even worse. Under seats and everywhere else. When are they going to pull their fingers out and ban smoking at such places. These arse hole bastard politicians!

    You can tell this by not only the way they dispose of their carcinogenic garbage, but also that they expose others to their disgusting habit who rather not be involved in partaking.

    Smoking tobacco ought to be banned in any and all public places, as well as certain businesses where the public can gather, such as Restaurants, like most other civilized societies.

    Deliberately exposing children to carcinogenic second and third hand smoke ought to be punished to the highest degree.

  23. Smoking should be banned from public spaces or displacing cigarette butts in a proper trash should be mandatory. I can’t think why we stay dealing with this problem so far.

SBB has crews of people who sporadically goes on walks through the tracks cleaning up everything they can, I know this because I used to work for them, I get it that its easier if everyone would throw their own trash away, but we live in reality, where reality reigns, not wishes or dreams, so SBB knew this and have an Option for it as well, which is more than most countries would do

  25. I live in France and this is everywhere… Makes me angry to see young people doing it, too. I remember I used to do it when I was like 18, though. The shame.
