Sent some clothes back to zalando today via the pick@home service from the Swiss Post. During the day I received this SMS. (Even though the clothes were picked up)
How can it be that scammers have such easy access to delivery details? After all I doubt this should be public information and it shouldn't be possible to know at which point someone sent a package and what phone number they provided.
Is this a known problem? I didn't see any warnings on the Swiss Post website.

Just a coincidence. They send this to so many numbers so it’s bound to hit some people who have an inbound/outbound package.
