1. Blinked, and then shat himself.

2. Him and his mates moved stock into bonds innthe run up to the announcement knowing the market would tank. Hoping to make an absolute killing manipulating the market. As its mostly a zero sum game, all his gains came out of everyone’s pensions.

   Then oops… US bonds started tanking as well. So he flinched. Don’t worry they probably still made billions while the rest of us had trillions knocked off our pensions.

3. Shat himself while blinking, fell back into it. A really shitty situation.
