1. we should just assume that most everything he does or says he is going to do is illegal in some way. look at the growing pile of evidence

2. Either way, a win for the oil and gas industry that paid Trump and his MAGA minions $1 billion in the last election.

   Lawsuits take time and money, delaying regulation of oil and gas, and financially weakening government at all levels.
