  13. The barrel-roll bomb release is a signature I’ve not see before this conflict. I’d have loved to have seen a cold-war bomber like a Vulcan execute a similar power display.

  18. I’ve seen a lot hits on command posts in particular lately. Any reason to believe Russia’s front line will start to falter? 

    Have to think command posts getting blown up would lead to some chaos for the front line. Or maybe Russians abandoning their posts more as the gun is no longer pointed at their head since command is dead.

  19. Ukrainian intelligence must have some info on Russian supplies for AA, they are far more active in using precision bombs vs. standoff missiles.

  25. Precision is one meter to the target, 10 meters at most, 250 kilos of explosive (400 pounds). Cost is (was) 210.000 us dollars…gps guided or laser/infrared guided (not here..).

    There is a version with 1000 kilos of explosive.

    It is basically a flying kit for bomb such as mk82 munition. Bomb cost is low in the range of 300 $ us.

    France would send Ukraine 50 Hammers per month. The baseline 400-pound-class version has a stand-off range of up to around 43 miles (70 kilometers), similar to that of Ukraine’s U.S.-supplied winged Joint Direct Attack Munition-Extended Range bombs, [or JDAM-ERs](https://www.twz.com/winged-jdam-smart-bombs-are-now-operational-in-ukraine)

  26. Could somebody explain how the French AASM Hammer covers such a wide area, since the weight of the ordnance seems not capable of covering such extensive horizontal damages.
