In Romania we have about the same price but 3 times less salary’s 🙂
Per liter, and is that in euro?
So then 8.44 dollars per gallon if my math is right.👁👁
Euro for 1.929 Euro?
1.58 for Diesel? Wait, I come, it’s just an hour’s drive… greetings from Belgium.
I fuelled up yesterday and it’s £1.41/€1.66 near me atm and I felt ripped off….fell a bit better seeing this
*cries in Portuguese*
I have seen several times over 2 euros per liter in the past few weeks.
I paid that in Czech Republic for Shell diesel a few weeks ago.
Yesterday it was around 1.55€ here, I’ve been driving for most than 10 years and last time price were that high was 10 years ago.
We have higher diesel prices and our median salary is 1200€ (900 without taxes)
This even seems on the cheap end already. I saw petrol (Euro 95) priced at € 2,12 / liter on the A12 motorway the other day (that’s USD 9,311 / gallon for USA folks)
Not very different from Portugal prices. Main difference: average wage here is 900€/month
That’s. Still quite cheap, so a few station around above 2.00!!!
Here in germany I paid 1.75 Euro for petrol. It’s insane, how am I supposed to pay with a shitty wage and prices rising rapidly.
Diesel in Britain is currently £1.48/L (€1.74), I’m pretty amazed there are places that cost more, yet apparently Germany, France etc all do. We pay £0.58/L +20% VAT in tax, what the shit fuck are you lot doing for it to cost even more? Someone please pray for us Euro’s.
Hah! Finnish here, just pumped E98 at the nice price of 1.998€/L
Highest in the world
Individual transport only for the top 10%. These high taxes on fuel mainly hurt the working man and not the banker who can easily buy a electric car.
Diesel is still pretty cheap.
What grade is the “Euro”?
Back in the 90’s the German Greens campaigned for a fuel price of 5 DM, looks like we are getting there.
Esson baari
I’d take those fuel prices and your salaries
– World class road infrastructure.
– Very good public transport system.
– The best cycling infrastructure.
– Very quick EV adaptation (including charging infrastructure)
No one promised it would be cheap as well.
Is this a lot…?
I don’t drive.
For my fellow Americans; the company known as “Esso” abroad (standing for S.O., the initials of Standard Oil) was rebranded as ExxonMobil in its American subsidiary
In the US we complain when gas is over $3.50 a gallon. This is €7.23 a gallon. I’ll stop complaining.
Diesel is cheaper than in Finland. I’m crying into my gas tank.
In Portugal it already reached 2.00€.
Now try to imagine making 900€/month average and paying those prices. Welcome to Portugal 😢
Over 2 euros here in Portugal in some places. Portugal whose salaries are much lower compared with the Netherlands I assume
Wow… I think Il stop complaining about US prices for some time 😂
