It will still be cold overnight into Saturday. No precipitation is expected, with mostly clear skies at the beginning of the night and more clouds in the morning. The minimum air temperature will be -5 to 0 degrees Celsius, in the east down to -7 C.

Saturday will be mostly cloudy, with a chance of light snow in Vidzeme. Sunnier weather will be in southern Latgale. Gusty south-westerly winds, around 15 metres per second on the coast. The maximum air temperature will be +8 to +13 C, around +6 C to +7 C in the east of the country and on the coast.

There will be no precipitation on Sunday, but heavy fog is expected overnight and in the morning. It will clear, and the sun will shine during the day. The minimum air temperature at night will be 0 to +5 C, in Vidzeme down to -2 C, and during the day it will warm up to +11 C to +16 C, in places on the coast of the Gulf of Riga in Kurzeme +7 C to +10 C.

Next week the weather will get even warmer, with temperatures reaching +16 C to +21 C on Monday, cooler in places on the coast. On Tuesday and Wednesday it will rain in places, so the temperaturea will be a little lower, but on Thursday and Friday it will be up to +25 C.

The current forecast for the Easter weekend is still variable, with a chance of a little cooler weather.
