  1. Probably real, there could be missing context like this dude had been evading authorities after being drafted or was accused of helping the russians. But I don’t understand what they are saying so your description could totally be right.

  3. TTC is trying to mobilize the red guy. Those raids are being done on persons who are evading duty. The woman is pointing out that they are not allowed by law to drag people of of working place without police. And that the red guy is working there. The young TTC guy understands that they have broken the law and is seemingly telling that the police is coming. I can’t hear what else he is saying.
