  3. So, he gets to have his case re-heard in light of the evidence.
    Daily Telegraph headline wants you to believe he’s staying for ever because he’s such a popular fellow.
    When the truth is he gets to put the evidence that his spoken political views will put him in danger in Iran, with no guarantee that it makes any difference to whether he stays or is sent home.

  6. The case of xx pjak Iran, you can. Search the case it’s well known and this is a well known strategy for Iraqi and irani economic migrants who don’t want to return
