I believe the first time I saw someone smoke crack was on that bridge. I had arrived in the country 3 days earlier, so definitely a shock, especially since I stayed a stone’s throw away from there (around temple bar).
I miss Dublin.
This is one of the dirtiest and most dangerous Bridges in Europe. Drugs, crime, and garbage roam free there
