Trying to use vrt nu abroad. Apparently you have to prove that you’re a citizen to be able to use it, but I go through itsme, and then go back to vrt to the same message. Has anyone experienced the same problem?

5. I can understand that viewing rights are bought for a territory, but for a nationality it’s crazy… What about non Belgian people looking vrt from their home.in Flanders… Poor choice of wording there.

8. That message is even wrong, it’s not about nationality at all… or… it shouldn’t be if the check is just Itsme and a Belgian cell number.

9. It’s complete bullshit how it works. I have tries multiple accounts, with valid phone numbers and addresses and it keeps forgetting the account you are logged in to etc. For years it’s been shit like this, now and then it chances how it fucks up.

10. I had this problem. U need to login logout. Sometimes Firefox does not work. And you need to verify a Belgian phone number
