In Saratov, something is burning at the airfield. There were explosions before the fire. Russian media claim that the fuel oil caught fire.

  1. Debris or a cigarette?

Whatever it was – we don’t need no water…

  2. It looks like Admiral Kuznetsov has landed in Saratov? I didn’t know that aircraft carriers could fly themselves?? 🙂

  3. This is how orcish air bases look their very best, with a massive cloud of blackish smoke indicating a successful mishap.

Is there any information available which of the RF airbases near Saratov have been attacked (*Engels-2, Saratov-West/Sokol, Rtishchevo, Bagay-Baranovka, Balashov…*)? Has this been geo-referenced?

  4. Oil caught fire. Yes we get that but what aircraft was the oil in when it caught fire

  5. This fire looks really dirty, like burning plastics or tires. Oil alone would not burn like this

  6. It’s in Russia, so I’ll classify this as a good news.
    Keep strong Ukraine! 💪

  7. That’s just a normal amount of smoke.. for Putin’s armoured lada starting up. Nothing to see here comrade.

  8. Thoughts and prayers at this joyous time

    May your hydrants run dry

  9. Since the war broke out between Ukraine and ruzzia, the world can see how careless it is ruzzian infrastructure. Cargo trains derailing for no reason, railway switch boxes self ignting, oil refineries also self igniting like it was no tomorrow. But it is never attacked by the enemy. Oh and all navy vessels, those sank even in ports for no reason. I wonder what happened to ruzzian tanks? Did they just self-destruct on a foreign nation soil after it realized it had crossed the border for no particular reason? ruzzian world will never seize to amaze.

  10. It is fine komrades, Dimitri just dropped his cigarette. He will be punished

  11. russian money going up in flames is always a good thing

  12. There is no panic in Saratov. It is only diesel engine cold starting

    Slava Ukraini

  13. Honestly, at this point the russian excuses make it look worse than actually crediting Ukraine for it.

If you say “Ukraine attacked it”, everyone will understand. It is war. Can’t stop all attacks and there is going to be losses on both sides.

But claiming this is an accident? First, given the number of such incidents recently, you paint a very poor picture of the competency of the russian workforce. (Ok, no lie here, but they surely don’t want to imply it)

Secondly, given that these issues have become dramatically more common since the Ukraine war, how do their government maintain any credibility? Surely even Ivan Nothinkikov can work out there is something fishy when all of these ‘accidents’ keep happening right about the time the president started a fricking war and that they are being lied to.

Presumably credibility means very little when your answer to being accused of lying is to have someone fall out of a window.

  14. Just a little bit of smoke nothing to be concerned about😂😂😂😂😂
