  1. No free and fair nation would give its government the power to decide which citizens it can kill.

  2. Why he ever went back to PA blows my mind. Dude should have hopped on a Greyhound and gone to some random ass state to hide out in a No Tell Motel for awhile.

  3. He’s correct. At least when we weee a democracy he was correct.

  4. The jury will acquit, you are hard pressed as a prosecutor to jury pick anyone who isn’t affected by big insurance negatively.

  5. Easy to say that when it’s your neck on the line. I don’t agree with the death penalty on principle. This guy though clearly planned it out and executed him. If there is a justifiable case for it then this is one.

  6. If they’re seeking the death penalty for Luigi, why not for every murderer?

  7. The rich will always get the form of justice they desire when their own are harmed. Meanwhile healthcare CEOs will give death sentences to thousands of people via denied insurance claims and simply shrug it off as “just good business, stop being mad bro. BTW your premiums have just gone up because f*** you, the shareholders demand more human sacrifices”

  8. After Herr Trump, he could run for president and have a great chance. I’d vote for him.

  9. Men shoot up schools on a daily basis and don’t get the death sentence. No guy kills a corrupt CEO who let people die to save his stock and now they want the death sentence

  10. What I find interesting, is the death penalty is being sought out for this individual to set an example( in my opinion)
HOWEVER, people can go into schools and kill kids and teachers…the death penalty is not considered. Some will say it’s because the shooter is a minor , but others have been over 18.

  11. Hopefully, if the jury doesn’t get maga loaded, he will walk.

  12. The AG has been calling him a murderer and they haven’t even proved he did it. There is a clear bias and they shouldn’t be allowed to kill him if they succeed in railroading him in court.

  13. He’s right. The government, regardless of the feelings of the individuals who make it up, should have absolutely no say in the outcome of a trial

  14. Murder is a crime no matter the circumstances. That’s what courts are for.

  15. This is exactly how they think of us. Don’t forget that. They can deny healthcare for proffit signing death sentences. But that’s “legal” because ~~proffits~~ “they” say so. But if Luagi kills the one guy that kills thousands and allows other inhumane suffering, for proffit… Everyone looses their minds!

When is the spell of who the bad guys actually are gonna wear off? JFC!
