  2. UPDATED: Ukraine’s Ministry of Internal Affairs have just reported 21 dead and 83 injured (including 5 children) as a result of Russia’s missile attack on Sumy. Both missiles hit the city center. Rescue operation is underway.

  8. Ukraine: surgical strikes on militarily relevant targets in Russia such as refineries, munition depots, vehicles storage etc.
    – is the defender in the invasion
    – being pressured into being responsible for peace

    Russia: indiscriminate intentional bombing of civilians, civilian infrastructure; bridges, energy supply, hotels, housing areas, city centres, other non military targets
    – is the invader / initiator of war
    – while telling the world it’s a victim
    – demands terrain
    – demanded a ceasefire
    – bombs during ceasefire

    The world needs to demilitarise a state like Russia, under Putins rule at least.
