  3. The presumption of innocence until proven guilty is still there

    There will have to be a hearing where the ACC will present their evidence before she can be extradited

    I mean there has clearly been a lot of corruption under her aunts regime, but we can’t jump to any conclusions until the legal proceedings take place

  4. Can totally trust Bangladesh’s incorruptible justice system to give her a fair trial. Not that I believe she is innocent at face value but at the same time I am equally sure that the system over there is not fair.
