The problem is that he wants to forcibly redefine where the borders are.
Not just unifying Russia, but unifying the rest of the western world…….. Against Putin.
But I agree with the prediction in the end of the article. Finland joining NATO seems like a highly probably outcome.
The criminals in Moscow through their hubris will destroy what Ivan the Terrible created.
Russia 1547-2022.
“unifier”? that man has an massive ego problem. And not to understand, that force, brutality and demands are only creating fear but not followship to create something unified, it will only lead to russias doom.

The only thing he has unified so far is NATO.
Plz don’t give him more ideas
Unify the country down to the living standards of the 18th century….
Stubb has been a “Lesser Zelenskyy” on the information warfare circuit. This guy is fighting a hell of a war on his own, but he’s speaking to policymakers and academics, as well as people who influence them.
He absolutely knows his shit and he’s doing an incredible job of it. I see him everywhere these days. A lot of what we know about Finland and Russia’s geopolitics is credit to him, because he’s a former PM from a small country who is consistently not only on-message, but is finding a way to get it into the news over and over again.
And now history will see him as a lot worse than Yeltzin.
I hope that Russia will end up divided into smaller states instead. This country is too big for its own good and it’s giving Russians stupid ideas
Ukrainian here:
I would say 13 or so years ago many people had some sort of good feelings towards Russia like Americans talk about England. The Ukrainian identity was there, but sort of softly defined. I have to say though that in 2014 it became stronger defined. Now, even people that I spoke Russian with since childhood don’t even want to speak it. They almost all have switched to Ukrainian.
It is sad to be honest, because many of us have family in both countries(Belarus included). Many of my family members are brainwashed and think Putin will tactfully drop nuclear weapons and somehow not touch civilians… They don’t care that my parents are in occupied territory and are being shot at. They say well I love my country, you can love your country too.
My parents say we don’t need such family members.
I think at the end of this, we will have a strongly defined Ukrainian identity and any Russian affection or could very well be purged.
He has unified the entire block at his western border who will never trust nor work with Russia again. He did a great job at unifying but he only unified his opponents.
At the moment IS the unifier of the west and the necromancer who resurected the NATO…
He probably unifies Russia pretty well if he puts away people who say otherwise…
A rabid dog (russia) can not be the leader of a pack of wolves
