I just changed my prepaid to a normal subscription and I see this

1. Click the “erilliset maksut” and see what the costs are.

2. Probably didn’t have unlimited data in your plan, it gets expensive if you go over the limit. Contact them first thing in the morning.

3. I didn’t know telia rents apartments

4. Contact telia support, that seems to be glitching. With telia prepaid, maximum charge for data in nordics and baltic area is 0,99€ per day, so it’s impossible to get it to those numbers with data. Altough I don’t completely understand what this picture means…

7. Just call customer support tomorrow and ask them to explain why you’re seeing these charges when you only tonight upgraded to a subscription plan. Not much else anyone here can do to help you unfortunately, only Telia can know what the reason is and what can be done.

8. Don’t worry about it, it will be corrected when you contact customer service.
