10. Go check out a map of the engagements happening in this war. Nothing Russia is doing is a mistake. Ukraine is shooting down Russian drones in Ukraine every day.

24. Russian attacks on civilian targets have very specific and tactical purposes. They’re meant to spread Ukrainian defenses thin.
    They target broad and sensitive targets, so that Ukrainian defenses need to prioritize and divert away from military strategic ones.

    These are war crimes. No two ways about it.
