If you just called your whole country Bohemia they would accept you without issue
Not sorry, Jakub. You could be in the central europe club with us right now, but some of your ancestors decided that German was cringe and unlearned it in the 18th century. Then you kicked out your remaining ticket into Central Europe in the 1940s
Sorry, but you chose being Slavic, gotta role with it now
Austria belongs to the central powers (without power)
I am going to say what we all know to be true. Austria is Eastern European, central Europe is fake, Germany is in western Europe, and Switzerland is fake made by Nazis so they could store the gold the stole from the Jews and therefore not a real country.
The right side is wrong, central Europe is all land that at that moment is controlled by Vienna.
Since no Austrian puppet is currently ruling Germany or Switzerland this is currently limited to the territory of Austria.
Hide in ze basement, children!
Czechia IS Central Europe.
All others are very debatable.
The Czechs are cool, we can have them. They have good beer, hate Germans and their nature and landscape look just like ours and I’m scared of new and different stuff. The same goes for our southern femboys
I think the Czechs are more normal and better to understand than the Swiss.
Poland is bit bitchy and we get along.
Hungary is a pain in the ass.
Slovakia is there but we forget about then 5s after they get mentioned.
Shit’s simple, if you don’t smile in public, love beer, eat schnitzels for dinner and sandwiches for breakfast, wear sandals with socks, use anything that’s harder than a pillow to open a beer bottle and curse at your trains for being late you’re Central European, case closed
Most Austrians feel much closer to the Former Austro-Hungarian nations than to Western Europe, which is ironic because it’s not reciprocal at all.
Just because a few guys came up with this “Central European” Notion doesn’t mean that any German actually cares for these divides or gives a shit about whether we’re western, eastern or central. There’s simply DACH and the Dutch are kinda similar too.
Categorizing into these sub-groups is for countries that are irrelevant without it.

As a Slovak, I can 100% confirm
