34. If Russia were to take all of Ukraine (and it should not be allowed to do so), Russia would move its borders to be closer to NATO countries’ borders. Because, if you look at a map of Ukraine and then look at the current list of NATO member countries, one can see that by taking all of Ukraine, Russia is actually the one who would be moving itself closer to NATO countries’ borders — including Poland, Slovakia, Hungary and Romania.
