Ukraine lacks resources to waste on random drone swarms on Russian cities and up until this point we have never seen them ever do any such attacks.
Ukrainian operations have always aimed at saturating Russians air-defense in order to get some drones through to hit high value Russian infrastructure targets.
Random civilian infrastructure in Russia is worthless to target as those assets are not protected by Russian Anti-Air and not worth wasting extremely expensive and limited resources at.
Even the cheapest drones are valuable when used as a saturation weapon to soak up air-defense.
If this Kursk attack starts to look like a random hit on a Russian city “in revenge” for the Sumy attack it is 100% a false flag Russian attack.
To reiterate Ukrainian command hierarchy is strong enough that an attack on this scale would not take place spontaneously.
So remember if it looks like a random “revenge attack” its a Russian false flag.

Every time naZi orcs attack civilians in Ukraine with a ballistic missiles
Ukraine must retort with two ballistic missiles
One in Moscow, one in Pieter.
