5. it is necessary to know which set of data are used before, within and after ussr collapsus…

   before, ussr data mainly include all the satellite republics which are now indépendant from today Russia.

   and the data from what actually was the figures of the economy are not reliable

   during the collapsus, no reliable data can seriously be used..

6. I am pretty sure the pre-1990 data was for the whole USSR and not only Russia.

7. Russia is not a rich country, but why is it so high?

8. While fall in CO2 emissions is usually good the abrupt fall in the 1990s is kind of ominous.

   And data is 3 years old. 2021 data would be even worse for axis of evil
