Moscow: The Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) has received updated oil output compensation plans from eight countries that have exceeded voluntary production quotas within the OPEC+ group, it said on Wednesday.

The countries are Saudi Arabia, Russia, Iraq, the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Kazakhstan, Algeria and Oman.
