Greece is the most sought-after international summer vacation destination among Americans in 2025, according to a new survey by luxury travel firm Kinglike Concierge.
The survey, which analyzed Google Trends data from January 1 to March 31, found that Greece leads in search interest across nine US states: Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Oklahoma, West Virginia and Wisconsin.
“American travelers are looking for destinations that offer a dual appeal: gorgeous landscapes and cultural experiences. Places where they can spend the morning at a historic site and the afternoon by the sea,” said Thanasis Mougios, travel expert at Kinglike Concierge. “Greece offers just that, the perfect trifecta of history, hospitality, and natural beauty.”
