Russian propaganda is circulating videos meaning to show life in Ukraine, suggesting that people are simply having fun. But the creators overlook key details—Ukraine doesn’t use Russia’s Yandex taxi service or vehicles with Russian license plates.

  1. I mean you have to be really stupid to believe anything ruzzia says anyway.

  2. I lived in Odesa and Kyiv for 6 months between 2024.09 and 2025.03 and actually, life is pretty normal… But nothing similar to these videos, as the videos are not in Ukraine.

  3. Even if it were Ukraine, are they not allowed to enjoy life despite the war?

  4. How is it that Russia is seemingly pretty good at propaganda when they’re so terribly bad at making it? Apparently it’s delivering it to a receptive audience

  5. That restaurant (Gutai) behind the girls is in 26 Malaya Bronnaya street in Moscow.

  6. so stupid. but even in WW2 people would have fun from time to time. thats not forbidden

  7. Of course everyone is out night clubbing during a war…..

  8. They don’t have to make much of a effort if it’s for the brain dead Russian population.

  9. Russia has always been riddled with propaganda. It’s entwined in their culture. It’s all they know and it’s the first thing they project onto others.

  10. Girls who look like that at home, and orc men would rather go and die in a hole in Ukraine? Makes no sense.

  11. Has there been any movement to contradict fake news such as this?

I’m thinking: it would cost around $US1 each to purchase 1GB flash drives. Flash drives would be loaded with whatever Ukraine decided would be the best information to bring to the attention of the Russian people.

It would cost around ¢US5 each to purchase balloons. Flash drives would be tied to balloons.

Balloons could be filled with (not helium, which is costly) hydrogen, which can be generated from the reaction of swimming pool acid (hydrochloric acid) and aluminum scraps as needed.

Balloons would be launched when winds are favorable to carry from Ukraine to Russia. The balloons would eventually break, deflate, or otherwise descend, delivering the USB drives to the ground.

Very few can resist the temptation to plug in a found USB drive. Some who do would view the content and forward it to others and/or discuss it locally. Either would spread information giving the lie Russian propaganda.

This would cost ~$US2 for each launched balloon/flash drive. $US5 million would launch over 2 million of them.

Everything that can be done to undermine support for Putin should be done. Is there any killer flaw in this idea, or could it be done?

  12. I stopped giving a shit after you said hunters laptop was fake.

  13. We know they’re lying, they know we know they’re lying….but still they lie.
