This idea that China is some hero in this sub is laughable. The is goverment is fucking it’s people
But China isn’t some unsung hero in the situation.

**Trump is an economic illiterate who has surrounded himself with similarly thinking people.** This chaos will only end when the Republicans remember what they used to think about trade and decide enough is enough of this socialist-style micromanagement. They need to realize that the party has become a pathetic personality cult which will tumble as a card house unless limits are put to Trump. The alternative is a very hard lesson for America in terms of diminishing economic welfare and for the Republicans a massive electoral defeat in the mid-term elections.
Wrong. The whole Western world needs to start eating it’s rich. But the US is a good start though.

Everything he’s yapping about is just capitalism the government has little control over what these corporations do. These companies will do everything and anything possible to increase profit margins and that’s why even though western companies are the biggest companies in the world almost all manufacturing is still concentrated in Asia.

China isn’t our friend, but that doesn’t mean the video doesn’t have truth in it though. Soviet propaganda was full of lies, whereas things have gotten so bad in the US that China doesn’t even have to lie.
The sad irony though is that we’ll end up fighting wars, in an economic depression, massive civil unrest, stunt our country’s growth for a generation, all to avoid the simple solution of just taxing the wealthiest 0.1% their fair share. I mean, who do you think owns the media and sows all of this discontent about trans NCAA athletes while Musk dismantles the EPA, Dept of Labor, Social Security, the IRS, etc and Trump gives billionaires tax breaks on a deficit budget?
That commie sycophant is right, wealth trickles up and it’s up to the govt to redistribute that wealth for the good of the majority. And before anyone says it, calling for higher than 37% taxes on people making more money than they could ever spend in a lifetime to prevent our country from becoming a banana republic is not ‘communist’ it’s common sense and a return to the economics of the 50s that gave us a strong middle class.
Wonder why a Chinese national would want a revolution in America. I just can’t put my finger on it…
The American consumer fell in love with cheap products made in China. Kevin O’Leary, one of the stars of Shark Tank loved the entrepreneurs who showed up on the show if their product was made in China for pennies per unit. China gave America what it wanted!

The flaw in this argument is that people continue to buy items made in China or other offshore cheap labour countries. Even the MAGA hats are made in China.
There are alternatives but it would mean reducing consumption. Corporations produce what people are willing to buy. Don’t want Chinese clothes? Buy clothes made at home. Make the sacrifices necessary.
Eventually, making items offshore would no longer make a profit.
Are you prepared to do what it takes?
It is ALL called capitalism.
Building roads where there were no roads, lifting people to as little as $1.90 a day both, are not lifting million$ out of poverty. I recall Chinese suicides to celebrate their lift out of poverty. [employees were jumping to their death out of 5 story factories]
The capitalist takes the profits in America and the communists actually holding power in China…take the profits there.
Look, the whole world is still driven by military power, hunting and gathering, war for conquest, [Ukraine] and of course as history’s dominant cause of violence…a faith-based war in the ME. [spiritual hedonism]
It is all human hedonism and the future looks like a whole lotta pleasure for the leaders, call them oligarchs or communists.
