Most mišrainė is a side dish for a cooked protein or can just be eaten by itself. I guess open it and smell/taste it and decide from there.
Probably would just heat it up and use it as a side dish to some meat and add boiled potatoes with fresh dill as the carb of the dish
You use it as a side dish, think like potato salad but mushrooms.
Make buns.Puff pastry, herring and this. 15 min in oven at 200C. Enjoy.

Eat it 😉 preferably with a spoon or fork 🫡
Or if you are extremely lazy like me, just go full lithuania villager style potatoes+mushrooms
