    our raw goods are good enough to not require drenching in other stuff

  3. That’s a decent amount of salmon, fairly expensive.

    For some bizarre reason they decide to boil it, but the money is definitely there.

  5. Oven baked Salmon, 35% fat sour cream and mealy «almond» potatoes. Thats a weekday banger right there.
    Only lacking some boiled carrots, lemon slices and a sprinkle of dill.

  9. Because food should not be expensive unless the ocassion calls for it. We could import southern food for every meal, but its expensive.
