Hi, I bought this when i was in finland last year, I guess it's a bit tourist trap, but i wanted to try reindeer meat.
Are there any suggestions on how to eat this?

  1. I’d warm it up on a frying pan, preferably with butter, then add thte mashed potatoes and jam already suggested. Taste if it needs salt and pepper. Add to taste if needed.

    It’s been years since I found poronkäristys in a can. I used to take it for a meal on weekend hikes.

  3. Soup. I forget how my family made it but it was a cream sauce with some basic veggies, potatoes and carrots, maybe some herb cream cheese in there
