  3. I think because people kinda forgot about HIV so it seems they are less scared and less preventive. But this is just me guessing.

  7. We must remember that detection rise is strictly related to testing number rise! Only if the raises are unproportional (high rise detection, lower rise tested) we can say that there is HIV rise

    There has been a visible increase since 2021-22. Now a serious question. To what extent can accepting people from areas with such a high rate of HIV problem affect the increase in infections in Poland? The same applies to the level of vaccination and awareness of its necessity.

    This is a serious problem, because with the influx of people, Poland must take over all responsibility for building awareness and education about health safety.

This is because of influx of Ukrainians to Poland. 0.07% of Poland population is infected with HIV, while it’s [1.3% in Ukraine](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HIV/AIDS_in_Ukraine), the highest rate in Europe. With 2 million Ukrainians living in Poland, statistically 26,000 of them infected with HIV, it basically doubled HIV-infected population in Poland, hence number of new infections also doubled.

  20. As a Ukrainian living here for almost 10 years – I’m sorry Poland & Polish people, there are so many uneducated, shady and bad people coming from Ukraine to Poland, I wish it would be different…
