Went to Linlithgow yesterday for a day out and spotted these plaques showing the Scottish bloodline in todays Monarchy

  2. Grew up near the palace.

    I always thought it was very presumptuous to put the date of the current monarch right in the middle of the plaque. As if they wouldn’t have an end date.

  3. Is the palace back open yet? Last time I went up it was shut and looked like work was ongoing.
