The video was uploaded by TikTok user @katemiddleton.fp, and shows the Prince and Princess of Wales engaging in a subtle bit of PDA when they didn’t think anyone was watching. The video is a little on the blurry side, but the love and affection between them is impossible to miss!
Prince William And Kate Middleton’s Rare PDA Moment At The Earthshot Prize Awards
Based on the outfit the Princess of Wales was wearing in the video – an off-the-shoulder green Solace London dress and Princess Diana’s jewels – the moment seemed to take place during the Earthshot Prize Awards in Boston back in 2022.
As the Princess of Wales is taking her seat, the Prince of Wales can be seen lovingly placing one hand on her back in a quiet, affectionate gesture. She then turns to him with a soft smile, and they appear to share a sweet and affectionate moment before he slowly and gently removes his hand.
(There were several moments over the course of the evening where the husband and wife showed subtle PDA, including the moment below which wasn’t included in the video. Aww!)
As expected, the comment section of the TikTok video exploded with love for the future king and queen’s adorable moment ! “William adores Kate, every gesture he does towards her shows you his true feeling about her,” gushed one fan, followed by the red heart emoji. “I love his small non showy affection,” noted a second.
“They absolutely love each other. Their love lights up wherever they go. A simple look or touch says it all,” concurred a third. “It’s the small gestures that mean the most you see that with Kate and William they don’t have to show it in front of [the cameras,]” echoed a fourth, as a fifth said: “It’s the little touches, they’re always looking out for each other.”
“That’s a man who adores his wife,” thought a sixth fan. “Love them both so much,” raved a seventh, followed by three red heart emojis. Another fan commented: “Stunning loving couple he’s such a gent & a doting dad and she’s a beautiful mother and wife future King & Queen.”
