  16. Let’s say it’s fake: so they’ve demonstrated that they’re willing to fabricate evidence to justify an illegal deportation without due process and against the rings of a judge.

    Let’s say the tattoo is real: why not publish it sooner, before he was forcably removed? How would we know he wasn’t knocked out by an El Salvadoran prison guard before it was applied?

    We have nothing but a hand and no attempt to authenticate it in court.

Assume everything you have heard from Bondi, Trump, all the Presidents henchmen and women is true and it **changes nothing** this man and everyone is entitled to due process. The President and all of them lost every court case arguing against due process and the Supreme Court ruled 9-0 against the White House and The President.

    He could have “Fuck USA” on his hands. Been at Jan 6, spent the last 4 years Riding with Biden, owned the flight school that the Saudis trained for 9/11, helped Paul Pelosi trade stocks, played Golf with Epstein and Trump, and went to prom with Ivanka Trump he is entitled to due process because this is America Jack and he and his idiots swore to abide and uphold the Constitution of America.

  19. I said this elsewhere, I don’t think the typed letters and words are intended to make you think literally those letters and words are tattooed on his knuckles. I think they put those on to try and convey what they think the symbols means. All that to say the symbolism is complete bullshit.

Ok I’m no supporter of Trump or anything he does, but I thought it was pretty clear that the letters and numbers, “MS13” were put into the photo to indicate what the symbols were supposed to represent. Before I opened this article I thought people were going to say the symbols themselves were photoshopped on and I’m kind of dumbfounded how the letters added onto the picture wasn’t obvious.

  22. Imagine how easy it would be to prove he’s a gang member in a court if he does in fact have this tattoo and the ties they claim. I hope you’re sitting down for this, but it almost seems like they’ve been disingenuous about all this and can’t actually prove anything.   24. It does not matter. Even IF he had a giant face tattoo that read, “Fuck You, I am MS-13,” there was a court order that prevented his deportation to El Salvador.

    Even the worst of the worst get DUE PROCESS.

    Trump can go to court, and argue for the order to be lifted.

    But they aren’t doing that, they have not been able to prove he is a “gang member’ in court, so they are just lying to us.

    This is worse than Jan 6th. This is worse than Russiagate. This should be reason for impeachment and removal.

  26. Isn’t it more likely that someone annotated the photograph with MS13 in an attempt to relate to actual tattoos of cannabis leaf and so on, and then the morons in charge mistook that for an actual tattoo of MS13?

I’ll preface by saying this administration has already admitted the man was deported in error, but given the text also under the knuckle tattoos I think Trump is attempting to claim the meaning behind each of the four tattoos as M, S, 1, and 3, not that there are literal numbers and letters (not to mention smaller text underneath) around the tattoos. Not trusting it, nor is it truly relevant to the real issues, but I don’t think this is as asinine of a photoshop as people are making out.

    It’s nonsense and irrelevant because EVEN IF he had explicit gang tattoos, it doesn’t fucking matter. He’s owed due process and tattoos aren’t illegal.

    I used to work in a rehab and do you know how many gang tattoos I saw in there? These were people seeking recovery so it didn’t fucking matter if they were in the worst gangs in the country. Everyone deserves to be able to move past that.

    And abrego garcias tattoos don’t even correlate to ms-13 tattoos if it mattered which IT DOESN’T. For fucks sake, how many Americans have edgy skull tattoos and shit? It’s completely meaningless and wild to try to claim that it’s grounds for incarceration in a foreign country.
