    YRP: 36,32% — islamic fundamentalism

    MHP: 29,77% — ultranationalism

    AKP: 26,81% — conservative government

    CHP: 2,13% — social democracy, pro-europeanism

    IYI: 1,70% — civic nationalism

    SP: 1,20% — moderate islamism

    Fun fact: Despite being a negligible hub, the vast majority of Turks in Germany migrated from Yozgat. As gastarbeiters were supposed to do hard labor, they all migrated from such rural settlements. There’s barely any German Turk from the western/populated parts of the country.

  9. I am also a high school student in Türkiye. As high school students, we are all angry and in the squares because the Erdogan regime is trying to take our teachers away from us. Nepotism has never had and cannot have a place in the highest quality high schools in Türkiye. We will resist until the end.

    Perhaps not the case this time but I wanna hear their postulates first if they made any in this protest.

  12. Most conservative “Turkish majority” city! There are much more conservative cities in Turkey like Urfa which dominated by Kurds and Arabs etc
