  6. The play is clear, putin is expecting another ceasfire deal to be offered and wants an excuse to reject it. At the end of the day there simply is no realistic path to a ceasfire right now. It simply dosent exist and won’t exist until putin calculates that his military cannot take more territory and needs to rest.
