I made some Kotlet Mielony that I would like to share with you guys. Edible or nah? 🙂

  2. In my family we make them fatter/rounder than that. However, it still looks good to me. I would have no complaints about eating this at someone’s home. The only thing missing is mizeria on the side imo. Also, the potatoes need a bit more something, like dill on top at least.

  6. Mielony looks good, but those beets are troubling. Why slice them? They won’t caramelize properly this way.

  7. Zajebiste. I’d add the fat from the kotlety pan on top of the kartofle

  8. You need to work on your taties man, mash them nicely because they don’t look appetizing, also personally I’d grate the beets

  9. At least put some dill on those potatoes!!

    Mizeria on the side would be nice or maybe some slices of dill pickles.
