Hey let’s not say ages 😉
Millennials are not “waiting”.
Many simply can’t afford it without help of family.
Many who did buy house before 2008 lost their house when they couldn’t continue the mortgage payment.
Out of all my friends, none of them started with nothing to buy house.
They either lived with their parents or got helps on down payment.
That was true regardless of profession
This is pretty significant since pregnancy after 40 is advanced maternal age, less fertile and more risky. One key driver of the real estate market is imminent rugrats. To provide a stable home for them to leave legos on the floor where you can step on them.
40 years old and if they propose 40 year old mortgage Jesus…..
Lol…yeah we’re all just sitting on massive piles of money just waiting for a good housing market to buy into, right Millennials?
If I die, my life insurance policy will be able to pay for 30% of the cost of most new homes so theres some comfort to my gf/kid lol
I’m 39 and still living in an apartment. I don’t see myself in a house for AT LEAST another 5 years
Carrying cost for home ownership is already high enough.
The high prices And interest rates don’t help at all.
