Found this print on the street (Berlin) but I’m not German and wondered if anyone could say more about the people, the officer, what uniform he’s wearing maybe and the guy in the plaid shirt…or the ones in the background ;

I think that’s a West German police uniform.
I’d guess it’s part of the Berlin Wall coming down?
I think the officer is an East German police officer (it looks like a hammer and sickle on the thing on his hat, and the East German police wore green). Obviously this is post November 11th, 1989, but before October of 1990. It’s probably part of the half hearted border checks that were performative as the reunification negotiations were going on.
