Awesome, Łódź is the last cheap big city in Poland, but it seems that it will not last too long… especially with high-speed trains it will be easier to get to Warsaw centre from the centre of Łódź than from Białołęka
Forgot to mention that this is GDP “per inhabitant”, however GUS/Eurostat counts that. And here 2011-2021:

Unfortunately scale of this graph is not so fair…looks like the worst is much worse than the best but reality is different…
