4. That’s a regular hunter’s lookout. You can see it all over Germany.

5. In my area it’s called a “Hochstand” or “Hochsitz”. It’s a place for hunters to sit and observe and hunt animals. Sometimes they even have a door and nice benches in them.

   It’s a raised hide, for hunting. Generally privately owned and maintained, not open for public use.
