I love this whole debate because it completely doesn’t matter. Even if everything being alleged about the guy is 100% true, there still has to be a hearing to determine those things are true to initiate a deportation.
If tattoos mean bad then I expect their blowback on Hegseth any day now.

We have law enforcement and the judiciary, does everyone understand why? Even a traffic violation is entitled due process.
Do not let them reframe this issue to be about tattoos.
It’s about upholding due process as a constitutional right to anyone on US soil. It’s about not allowing your govt to disappear you, never bring any charges against you, dispose of you in a foreign land that’s been paid to be our human dumping ground and then wash its hands of you.
In other words, it’s about our govt committing human trafficking.
